Shary Boyle creates modern mythologies.  She is a contemporary canadian artist that explores relationship roles, vanity, modern ideology and the relationship between art and it's environment.

But to say that is rather limiting.  She does more than this.  She asks her viewers to question what they think they know.  She wants us to question what we believe is true and rewrite our definitions -in pencil.

Boyle is unlimited.  Her mediums are as varied as her themes.  Her message, however, is always clear.
